Before engaging with Green Capital, our attempts to upgrade the school to LED were restricted to replacing bulbs one by one as they blew; a process that would have taken decades to complete.

Green Capital upgraded the entire school at absolutely no cost to us, reducing our electricity bills by £15,000 annually.

Green Capital’s shared savings solution meant that we could project manage and pay to upgrade the entire school’s lighting stock to energy saving LED.

Following a comprehensive site audit, we were able to then propose a solution to the school that would mean not only can they upgrade all of their lighting to LED for free, but they would also share in the resulting energy cost savings.
